We want to hear your thoughts on how Newcastle’s public transport network can be improved.

From the very beginning, the network redesign for Newcastle has been informed by insights gleaned directly from Novocastrians. Over the second half of 2017, we want to hear more from people who live in, work in or visit Newcastle to fully understand what the community wants from public transport.

You can do this via Social Pinpoint, our simple online engagement tool. By understanding where you want services improved, we will deliver the network Newcastle deserves.

Newcastle Transport staff will help you to plan your trip, give information about key locations in Newcastle and answer your questions. Customer Service Officers often travel on the network and will be pleased to help you.
