Terms and conditions – On Demand Valentine’s Day Competition 2022

  1. These terms apply. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published materials, these terms and conditions will prevail. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid. This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
  2. Promoter. The promoter of this competition is Keolis Downer Hunter, ABN 89 614 205 766, 89 Denison Street Hamilton NSW 2303 (Promoter).
  3. Competition period. This competition will run from 9:00am (AEST) 7th February 2022 until 4:00pm (AEST) 14th February 2022. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
  4. Eligibility. You must also be 18 years of age or older to win or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  5. How to Enter. Entry into this competition is free. To enter complete an entry form with valid details including name, email address, and phone number.
  6. Prize. There will be five (5) prizes and winners. Winners will be selected by the Keolis Downer Hunter Customer Experience department. The prize includes a $20 Coles Myer gift voucher, confectionary and promotional items with a total value of approximately $50. Winners will be selected by the Keolis Downer Hunter Customer Experience Department on Tuesday 15 February 2022 at Keolis Downer Hunter, 89 Denison Street Hamilton NSW and will be contacted via email and/or phone. Physical prize collection will be from the Keolis Downer Hunter – Belmont Depot with details supplied at time of contact. Prizes must be claimed within two (2) weeks. If after this time period, after all reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the prize will be forfeited.
  7. Ancillary or incidental costs. Any ancillary or incidental costs (including, without limitation, any costs incurred in receiving, collecting or using the Prize) relating to this competition or the Prize are the responsibility of the entrant and/or the Prize Winner.
  8. Communication from promoter. By entering this competition you consent to receive electronic communication and promotional material from the promoter. Customers may unsubscribe at any time.
  9. Privacy Notice. Any personal information collected from entrants as part of this competition (Personal Information) will be dealt with by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).
  10.  Dispute. Any disputes concerning the conduct of the competition or the claiming of the Prize are to be resolved with the Promoter via email to contact@newcastletransport.info
