Lost property

You can now lodge a lost property enquiry online, at any time and receive email notifications advising of the status until the item is found, or for up to one month, if the item is not found.

You can submit an enquiry via the Lost Property form.

Property found onboard our services is kept at Hamilton bus depot. The Lost Property office is open Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm for collection.
