Bus disruptions Monday 30 June

From Monday 30 June 2025, bus services may be delayed or cancelled at short notice due to industrial action. This disruption is expected to continue until further notice. Newcastle Transport is working to minimise the impact. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead.

Buses replace light rail 17 May

From 5am on Saturday 17 May 2025, buses replace light rail services due to planned maintenance. Bus routes 11 and 13 will also run along Hunter and King St. Normal services resume 5pm on Saturday 17 May.
