The Christmas Bus is here
The festive season has arrived — and Newcastle Transport is spreading Christmas cheer across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie with the return of the beloved Newcastle Transport Christmas Bus! The Christmas-themed bus is fully decked out with festive decorations, jingling tunes and holiday spirit as it carries passengers around on selected routes between 1–25 December 2025. Enter the Christmas Colouring In Competition to win
Got little ones (or a nostalgic heart)? Newcastle Transport is inviting kids to take part in the 2025 Newcastle Transport Christmas Colouring‑In Competition.
From 28 November to 19 December, you can download a colouring sheet (featuring “Billy the Bus”, “Lisa the Light Rail” or “Frank the Ferry”), colour it in with festive joy, and submit it for a chance to win an awesome prize pack. Enter here.
